State law allows individuals to contribute a maximum of $2,000 for the primary and $2,000 for the general election. Contributions to the Allen Kerr for State representative Campaign are not tax deductible as charitable contributions or for federal income tax purposes. On your Arkansas tax return you may take political contributions as a tax credit, up to $50 for an individual and $100 for a couple per tax year.

Arkansas State Law requires that we report the name, address, occupation and employer of any person or entity contributing over $50 to the campaign. PayPal will provide us with your name and address but we would appreciate it if you provide your occupation and employer information. This saves having to contact you later.
